Caramel Protein Frozen Yoghurt

A creamy, high-protein frozen yoghurt bowl with peanut butter, caramel sweetness, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Greek yoghurt ¾ cup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 25–30g
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 15g
  • 1 –2 tbsp caramel sweetener or syrup 15–30ml
  • 1 –2 tbsp chocolate chips 15–30g

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and thick.
  2. Stir in peanut butter and caramel sweetener.
  3. Fold through chocolate chips.
  4. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up slightly.
  5. Remove and enjoy straight away for a thick, creamy, ice cream-like texture.
