How to make Caramel Protein Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 200g Greek yoghurt (¾ cup)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25–30g)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (15g)
- 1–2 tbsp caramel sweetener or syrup (15–30ml)
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate chips (15–30g)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and thick.
- Stir in peanut butter and caramel sweetener.
- Fold through chocolate chips.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Remove and enjoy straight away for a thick, creamy, ice cream-like texture.

Tips
- Add a splash of milk if it’s too thick
- Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution
- Don’t freeze too long, it should be creamy, not solid

Storage tips
- Best eaten fresh: For the creamiest texture, enjoy after the 10-minute freeze
- Short-term freezing: Can be stored in the freezer for up to 1–2 days, but it will firm up more
- Before eating from frozen: Let sit at room temp for 10–15 minutes to soften
- Stir before serving: Helps bring back that smooth, creamy consistency
- Avoid repeated freezing: It can become icy and lose its creamy texture
