Method
- Boil the eggs and transfer to cold water, peel, and chop.
- Make the filling by mixing chopped eggs with mayo, mustard, pickles, red onion, sweetcorn and half the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the bread. and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Air fry at 180°C for 5–7 minutes until crispy and golden.
