Tuna Ciabatta

Creamy and delicious tuna mayo filling in a perfectly toasted ciabatta bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Tuna Chunks
  • 2 Ciabatta Rolls (Small)
  • Handful Olives
  • 1/4 Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Squeeze Lemon
  • 1/2 Red Onion (Small)
  • Handful Chopped Parsely or Coriander

Method
 

  1. Heat up the ciabatta bread in the oven.
  2. In a bowl mix together tuna chunks, mayonnaise, diced peppers, diced red onions, sliced olives and a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Fill the ciabatta rolls with the tuna filling and enjoy!
