Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana
  • 100 g strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop 30g vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 200 ml milk of choice dairy or unsweetened almond/soy/oat milk
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt optional for creaminess
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker shake

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, strawberries, protein powder, milk, and Greek yoghurt (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste & adjust: Add more milk for a thinner shake, or ice for a thicker texture.
  4. Serve immediately, optionally topped with chia seeds or a few slices of fruit.
