Simple Egg Omelette with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 100 g cottage cheese on the side
  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter for cooking

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add oil or butter, then pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Cook for 1–2 minutes, gently pushing the edges inward and tilting the pan to spread uncooked egg.
  4. Flip or fold the omelette and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fully set.
  5. Slide onto a plate and serve with 100g of cottage cheese on the side. Enjoy!
