Samosa Chaat

A crunchy, fragrant and spicy samosa chaat, full of sweet, spicy and tangy flavours

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Vegetable Samosas
  • Chick Pea Curry
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Yoghurt
  • Tamarind Sauce
  • Spicy Mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Handful Namak Paray

Instructions
 

  • In a serving dish, pour in enough Chick-pea curry that it will cover the bottom of the dish.
  • Cut up around 6 samosas, give or take and layer on top of Chick-peas. Pour on a little of the curry sauce from the chick pea curry on to the samosas so they become soft and moist.
  • Add on the chopped up veg and drizzle on the ketchup, spicy mayo, yoghurt and tamarind sauce and serve.
  • Sprinkle on the namak paray for some crunch and enjoy.
