Method
- In a serving dish, pour in enough Chick-pea curry that it will cover the bottom of the dish.
- Cut up around 6 samosas, give or take and layer on top of Chick-peas. Pour on a little of the curry sauce from the chick pea curry on to the samosas so they become soft and moist.
- Add on the chopped up veg and drizzle on the ketchup, spicy mayo, yoghurt and tamarind sauce and serve.
- Sprinkle on the namak paray for some crunch and enjoy.
