Samosa Chaat

- 6 Vegetable Samosas
- Chick Pea Curry
- 1 Onions
- 1 Cucumber
- Yoghurt
- Tamarind Sauce
- Spicy Mayo
- Ketchup
- Handful Namak Paray
In a serving dish, pour in enough Chick-pea curry that it will cover the bottom of the dish.
Cut up around 6 samosas, give or take and layer on top of Chick-peas. Pour on a little of the curry sauce from the chick pea curry on to the samosas so they become soft and moist.
Add on the chopped up veg and drizzle on the ketchup, spicy mayo, yoghurt and tamarind sauce and serve.
Sprinkle on the namak paray for some crunch and enjoy.
