Method
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and water.
- Stir until a thick dough forms (add a bit more water if too dry).
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape into a large cookie:
- Place the dough onto the tray and flatten slightly into a cookie shape.
- Bake in the air fryer at 180C for 7 minutes, or until golden at the edges and just set in the middle.
- Cool slightly before enjoying, it’s best warm!
