Method
- Slice one croissant and spread the pistachio cream inside.
- Close the croissant and place in to the oven at 180℃ for 10 mins.
- Once the croissant has been baked, drizzle the pistachio cream on top of the croissant and sprinkle on some crushed pistachios.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea!
