Pistachio Croissant

Flaky, creamy and crunchy pistachio croissants are the perfect Sunday breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Croissant
  • 1 tbsp Pistachio Cream
  • Pistachios (chopped) handful

Method
 

  1. Slice one croissant and spread the pistachio cream inside.
  2. Close the croissant and place in to the oven at 180℃ for 10 mins.
  3. Once the croissant has been baked, drizzle the pistachio cream on top of the croissant and sprinkle on some crushed pistachios.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea!
