Pistachio Croissant

Flaky, creamy and crunchy pistachio croissants are the perfect Sunday breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Croissant
  • 1 tbsp Pistachio Cream
  • Pistachios (chopped) handful

Instructions
 

  • Slice one croissant and spread the pistachio cream inside.
  • Close the croissant and place in to the oven at 180℃ for 10 mins.
  • Once the croissant has been baked, drizzle the pistachio cream on top of the croissant and sprinkle on some crushed pistachios.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea!
