Nutella Filled Cookies

Chewy and delicious cookies filled with rich and creamy Nutella.

Ingredients
  

  • 225 g Unsalted Butter melted
  • 180 g Brown Sugar
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Chocolate Chips
  • 320 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Start by melting the butter either on the pan or microwave and then pour into a mixing bowl.
  • Add in the sugar and brown sugar and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add in the eggs, salt and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and then sift in the plain flour, baking soda & baking powder. Mix until you get a thick cookie dough.
  • Using a large ice cream scoop, scoop some of the cookie dough (70g) and create an opening using the back of a spoon.
  • Fill it with Nutella and close it back up using the cookie dough.
  • Scoop the cookies onto a lined baking tray and then place into the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, pre-heat the oven to 180℃ and bake the cookies for 12 mins.
  • Let the cookies rest as they will still be soft when taking them out of the oven.
