Mozzarella, Pesto & Tomato Ciabatta

A quick, easy and satisfying meal for when you are short on time but want a delicious lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ciabatta Bread
  • 2 tbsp Pesto
  • ½ Tomato sliced
  • Mozzarella Cheese Handful

Method
 

  1. Slice and toast your ciabatta bread
  2. Spread on the pesto and top with sliced tomatoes
  3. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese and close the ciabatta
  4. Place in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 8-10 mins
  5. Enjoy!
