Mint Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Cup Fresh Mint
  • Half an Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Plain Yoghurt
  • Squeeze of Lemon

Prep the Ingredients

  • Rinse the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly. Roughly chop the onion, garlic, and chillies for easier blending.

Blend Everything

  • In a blender or food processor, combine coriander, mint, onion, garlic, chillies, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Mix the mint mixture with yoghurt and adjust the taste by adding more salt and lemon.

Serve or Store

  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavours develop.
