- Rinse the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly. Roughly chop the onion, garlic, and chillies for easier blending.
Blend Everything
- In a blender or food processor, combine coriander, mint, onion, garlic, chillies, salt, and lemon juice.
- Mix the mint mixture with yoghurt and adjust the taste by adding more salt and lemon.
Serve or Store
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavours develop.
