Milky Way Magic Star Cookie
Chewy, chocolatey and delicious Milky Way stuffed cookies with a chocolate spread filling

- 3 Milk Way Bars halved
- 6 tbsp Chocolate spread
- 140 g Brown Sugar
- 100 g Butter melted
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 150 g Chocolate chips
- 25 g Cocoa Powder
- 160 g Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 100 g White Chocolate
- Magic Stars handful
Filling
Slice the Milky Way chocolate bars in half and place on a plate lined with baking paper. Squeeze 1tbsp Chocolate spread onto the Milky Way bar so that it covers it completely.
Place into the freezer for 2 hours so that the Chocolate spread firms up.
Cookie Dough
Whisk together the butter and sugar and then add in the egg, vanilla extract and salt.
Add in the chocolate chips and then sift in the cocoa powder and plain flour.
Mix until it becomes a cookie dough and then place in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up.
Flatten out the cookie dough and then place the Chocolate spread inside. Roll 100g of the cookie dough to form a round dough ball.
Place onto a lined baking tray and then into a pre-heated oven at 210℃ for 10 mins.
Garnish
Whilst the cookies are still hot, place on the Magic Stars and drizzle on some melted white chocolate.
Allow the cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
