Filling
- Slice the Milky Way chocolate bars in half and place on a plate lined with baking paper. Squeeze 1tbsp Chocolate spread onto the Milky Way bar so that it covers it completely.
- Place into the freezer for 2 hours so that the Chocolate spread firms up.
Cookie Dough
- Whisk together the butter and sugar and then add in the egg, vanilla extract and salt.
- Add in the chocolate chips and then sift in the cocoa powder and plain flour.
- Mix until it becomes a cookie dough and then place in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up.
- Flatten out the cookie dough and then place the Chocolate spread inside. Roll 100g of the cookie dough to form a round dough ball.
- Place onto a lined baking tray and then into a pre-heated oven at 210℃ for 10 mins.
Garnish
- Whilst the cookies are still hot, place on the Magic Stars and drizzle on some melted white chocolate.
- Allow the cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
