Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the chicken seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper and olive oil.
Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if skin is on.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes, depending on the thickness.
Salmon is done when the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F) and flakes easily with a fork.
Optionally drizzle over some buffalo sauce and onion mayonnaise.
