Lemon and Garlic Basa

A super simple, healthy fish recipe. full of flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Basa fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Lemon (Zest)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Diced)
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Coriander

Method
 

  1. Aside from the fish, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Then add in the fish and ensure that they are fully coated in the marinade.
  3. Allow to marinade for at least 15 minutes and then place into an oven or air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool for 1 minute and enjoy!
