Kinder Rice Krispies Crunch Bars

These Kinder Rice Krispies Crunch bars combine a delicious blend of creamy chocolate with a crunchy cereal and the added flavour of Kinder Chocolate is perfect!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Chocolate melted
  • 100 g Rice Krispies or any puffed cereal
  • 16 Kinder Bars melted
  • 4 Kinder Bars to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from the microwave add the Rice Krispies to the melted chocolate and stir gently until the cereal is completely coated with the chocolate.
  • Line a baking dish or pan (approximately 20x20 cm or similar size) with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Pour the chocolate and Rice Krispies mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly and press it down gently to ensure it is compact.
  • Place the pan in the fridge and let it chill for about 1 hour or until the chocolate has completely set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, melt 16 Kinder Bars and pour the chocolate over the Krispies. Then using the remaining 4 bars of Kinder, break them into pieces and place the 16 squares on top of the melted chocolate.
  • Let this set in the fridge for an hour and then cut into 16 squares.
  • Store the crunch bars in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
