Ingredients

  • 125 g Unsalted Butter softened
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 110 g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 180 g Plain Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 20 pieces Kinder Chocolate bars chopped into small chunks (a few extra to garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs, then add the vanilla extract and salt and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Whisk in the flour and baking soda and fold until incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Kinder Chocolate chunks, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.
  • Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie.
  • Top the dough balls with kinder chocolate pieces before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the centres are just set.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, indulge in the delightful combination of warm, chewy cookies and gooey Kinder Chocolate.
