Kinder Cheesecake

Creamy, light and fluffy Kinder flavoured cheesecake

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 350 g Digestive biscuit crushed
  • 180 g Butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 400 ml Heavy Cream
  • 120 g Icing Sugar
  • 400 g Cream Cheese
  • 200 g Kinder Chocolate melted
Ganache
  • 60 ml Heavy Cream
  • 100 g Kinder Chocolate
Topping
  • 12 Kinder pieces
  • Cheesecake filling to pipe

Method
 

Crust
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix together with melted butter.
  2. Pour into a spring form cake pan and press down firmly, set aside.
Cheesecake filling
  1. Whisk together the cream and icing sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add in the cream cheese and melted kinder chocolate and whisk until combined.
  3. Put mixture into the cake tin and smooth out (reserve some for the topping). Cling film the top and place into the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Kinder Ganache
  1. Add the Kinder chocolate pieces and heavy cream into a bowl and microwave until melted (in 30 second bursts).
  2. Pour the ganache over the cheesecake and place back into the fridge.
Toppings
  1. Using a piping bag, swirl on some of the reserved cheesecake filling and place a Kinder chocolate piece on each swirl.
  2. Put it back in the fridge for at least an hour to set before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
