Method
Crust
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix together with melted butter.
- Pour into a spring form cake pan and press down firmly, set aside.
Cheesecake filling
- Whisk together the cream and icing sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the cream cheese and melted kinder chocolate and whisk until combined.
- Put mixture into the cake tin and smooth out (reserve some for the topping). Cling film the top and place into the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Kinder Ganache
- Add the Kinder chocolate pieces and heavy cream into a bowl and microwave until melted (in 30 second bursts).
- Pour the ganache over the cheesecake and place back into the fridge.
Toppings
- Using a piping bag, swirl on some of the reserved cheesecake filling and place a Kinder chocolate piece on each swirl.
- Put it back in the fridge for at least an hour to set before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
