Greek Yoghurt Protein Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 170 g ¾ cup Greek yoghurt (0% or 2% fat)
  • 1 scoop 30g vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 4 –5 strawberries sliced (75g)
  • ¼ cup blueberries 40g

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a jar or bowl, layer half the yoghurt mixture, followed by half the strawberries and blueberries. Repeat the layers.
  3. Top with extra berries, a sprinkle of granola (optional), or a drizzle of honey for added flavour.
