Crumbl Cookies
- Pre-heat the oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Whisk together both sugars together with the melted butter.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract and whisk.
- Sift in the plain flour, cornflour, baking soda baking powder and salt and fold until combined.
- Roll 50g dough balls and place onto the baking tray; refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Ensure the dough balls are spaced out as they will spread and place into the oven at 175°C for 12 mins. Allow to cool completely before decorating.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- Whisk together the butter, cream cheese and icing sugar for around 5 minutes and then add in the vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
- Add in the food colouring and mix until fully combined.
- Pipe the mixture onto the cookies and pour on some sprinkles.
