Cookie Dough Blended Overnight Oats

Creamy, protein-packed cookie dough blended overnight oats made with oats, almond flour, protein powder, and chocolate chips, a nutritious, dessert-inspired breakfast you can prep in minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 30 g Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Peanuts
  • 15 g Chocolate Chips
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 10 g Almond Flour
  • 175 ml water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all of the dry ingredients. Pour into a bowl and add in the vanilla extract and water and mix until fully combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips by hand (don’t blend them for that cookie dough bite!).
  • Pour the mixture into a jar or container, seal, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours) to thicken and develop flavour.
  • Stir well in the morning. Optionally, top with more chocolate chips, a drizzle of nut butter, or a sprinkle of sea salt for a dessert-like finish.
