Chocolate trifle
Moist and chocolatey cake layers layered with decadent chocolate cream and crowned with chocolate chunks.
Prep Time 30 minutes mins
- 1 Chocolate cake (small, store bought)
- 600 ml Double cream
- 1 packet Chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 tin Sweetened Condensed milk
- 4 Chocolate bars (twirl)
Whisk together the cream, condensed milk and chocolate pudding mix until it forms a thick consistency.
Cut the cake into pieces and layer a trifle dish with the cake.
Spread on a layer of the chocolate cream mixture and sprinkle over 1/3 of the chocolate chunks.
Repeat this process twice until the mixture is finished.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for an hour before serving.
