In a mixing bowl add in the chicken and all of the ingredients listed under the Chicken Shawarma heading above, mix thoroughly.
Cover the bowl with cling film and allow the chicken to marinade for at least an hour. This will allow the chicken to be more flavourful.
Cook the chicken in an air fryer for 20 mins at 200°C, flipping half way.
Once the chicken is cooked, slice thinly and prepare your wrap.
Using a large wrap or pita, layer the chicken, sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, slice onions and garlic mayo to taste.
Wrap and cover with baking paper and then foil. Place back into the air fryer for 5 mins at 200°C and then serve.
