Brownie Batter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Oats
  • 2 tbsp Ground Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 60 g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 90 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chunks
  • Pinch of Salt

Method
 

  1. Using a food processor or a blender, add in all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.
  2. Once blended, add in the chocolate chips and transfer to a jar or container, seal and place into the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Optionally top with a drizzle of nut butter, chopped nuts or more chocolate chips for texture, enjoy!
