Bang Bang Chicken

This juicy Bang Bang Chicken is air-fried to perfection with garlic, paprika, and a sweet chilli mayo glaze, it's crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with bold flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce

Method
 

  1. Score the chicken breast to create a criss cross pattern (as shown in the video above).
  2. Sprinkle on the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and drizzle of olive oil and massage into both sides of the chicken breast.
  3. Air-fry at 180℃ for 10 minutes and then remove the chicken breast from the air-fryer.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce on to the chicken breast and return to the air-fryer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Once cooked serve it with rice and a salad and enjoy!
