Bang Bang Chicken

This dish is the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavours and the recipe is so easy to follow.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce

Instructions
 

  • Score the chicken breast to create a criss cross pattern (as shown in the video above).
  • Sprinkle on the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and drizzle of olive oil and massage into both sides of the chicken breast.
  • Air-fry at 180℃ for 10 minutes and then remove the chicken breast from the air-fryer.
  • Spread the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce on to the chicken breast and return to the air-fryer for another 10 minutes.
  • Once cooked serve it with rice and a salad and enjoy!
