Method
- Score the chicken breast to create a criss cross pattern (as shown in the video above).
- Sprinkle on the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and drizzle of olive oil and massage into both sides of the chicken breast.
- Air-fry at 180℃ for 10 minutes and then remove the chicken breast from the air-fryer.
- Spread the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce on to the chicken breast and return to the air-fryer for another 10 minutes.
- Once cooked serve it with rice and a salad and enjoy!
