- 2 Ripe bananas mashed
- 50 g Melted butter
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 Large egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 125 g All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
