Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 50 g Melted butter
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 125 g All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
  • Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
  • Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
