Ingredients
  

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla ice cream small
  • 1 Shot Espresso
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Scoop 2 small scoops of vanilla ice-cream into a bowl or glass and pour over one shot of freshly brewed espresso. I would recommend adding in 1 tsp of brown sugar to the espresso before pouring over (and make sugar the sugar is fully dissolved).
