Ingredients you’ll need to make this Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie
- 200 g Unsalted Butter softened
- 200 g Brown Sugar
- 125 g White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 325 g Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 200 g Milk & White Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tbsp White Chocolate Spread
- 3 Kinder Bueno
How to make Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add in the egg, salt and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Sift in the plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix until combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips and mix until they are evenly combined in the mixture.
- In a 7 or 8 inch tin cake tin, scoop 2/3 of the mix into the tin and flatten on the bottom and on the sides of the cake tin.
- Add a layer or Nutella, followed by a layer of white chocolate spread and then add a layer of Kinder Bueno chocolates.
- Use the remaining cookie dough to create a lid for the pie (my video above will demonstrate how) and cover the tin with cling film.
- Freeze for 2 hours or overnight and then bake in a pre-heated oven 180°C for 25 mins. Allow it to cool in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing and decorate as you wish.
