Top Tips
Blend Dry, Mix Wet
Blending the dry ingredients first ensures a smoother, creamier base without clumping.
Use Cold Water or Milk for Creaminess
Water works great, but milk (dairy or non-dairy) adds extra creaminess and richness.
Don’t Blend the Chocolate Chips
Stir them in after blending to keep that authentic “cookie dough” texture.
Adjust Sweetness to Taste
Add a little extra honey or a dash of cinnamon if you like it sweeter.
Let It Chill Properly
At least 2 hours is fine, but overnight yields the best texture and flavour.
