- 50g Oats
- 2 tbsp Ground Almonds
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 60g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 90 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Chunks
- Pinch of Salt
How to make Brownie Batter Overnight Oats
- Using a food processor or a blender, add in all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.
- Once blended, add in the chocolate chips and transfer to a jar or container, seal and place into the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- Optionally top with a drizzle of nut butter, chopped nuts or more chocolate chips for texture, enjoy!
