Top tips when making Protein Oat Cookie
Use a ripe banana: The riper, the sweeter and they’re easier to mash.
Adjust water slowly: Add 1 tbsp at a time to avoid overly wet dough.
Don’t overbake: It continues cooking slightly as it cools. It’s soft and gooey which makes it perfect.
Try flavoured protein powders: Vanilla, chocolate, or salted caramel all work beautifully.
Air fryer liners help: Use parchment or silicone liners to avoid sticking and make clean-up easier.
