Crisp the chips well: Stand wedges upright or give space on the tray for extra crunch.
Cook mince with flavour: Don’t skip the onion powder and paprika as they give it that burger taste.
Prep toppings ahead: Chop onions, pickles and veggies while the chips are baking to save time.
Drizzle sauces last: Add burger sauce, mayo and or ketchup just before serving for best texture.
