Iced Caffe Latte
I really like the taste of this iced caffe latte; I think its rich, strong and perfect when sweetened. I don’t drink it every day because I don’t want to be reliant on coffee to give me energy, so I only have it when I’m in the mood to drink it. To me, it tastes just as good cold as it does hot and in the summer it’s the perfect cold drink.
During the winter, I tend to stick to hot coffee because it keeps you warm but I could easily drink cold coffee throughout the year because it’s so delicious. I started making iced coffee at home when I was at university because Starbucks was getting a little expensive and the Costa on site didn’t produce the best iced coffee.
It was so easy to make iced coffee and then when dalgona coffee was all the rage, I realised that coffee is quite versatile and can be experimented with. I tried different flavours: vanilla, hazelnut etc. and I did enjoy them, however I think a plain iced coffee with brown sugar and milk is my favourite style.
