- While it might be tempting to dig in right away, letting the lasagne set in the refrigerator overnight (or at least for 1 hour) allows the flavours to meld together, and the layers to firm up, making it easier to slice and serve. The wait will be worth it!

- 600 ml Double Cream
- 1/2 tin Condensed Milk
- 1 packet Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 26 Cookies & Cream Biscuits to layer
- 2 Cookies & Cream Biscuits crushed
- Chocolate Sauce to drizzle
- Chocolate shavings optional
How to make Cookies and Cream Lasagne
- In a bowl whisk together the cream, condensed milk and chocolate pudding mix until you get thick and fluffy cream mixture.
- Layer the cookies and cream biscuits in a lasagne dish (or any dish) until the bottom is fully covered.
- Pour a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies and use a spoon or spatula to create a smooth and even layer.
- Optionally add on some chocolate chunks or shavings over the cream layer and then add another layer of cookies.
- Add on another layer of cream on top of the cookies and then it’s time to garnish. I drizzled on some chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and crushed up biscuits.
- Allow to chill in the fridge for an hour before serving, enjoy!
