Top Tips
Use Quality Ingredients:
- Opt for high-quality white chocolate chips and biscuits to enhance the flavour of your cookies. Good ingredients make a significant difference in the taste and texture of your final product.
Chill the Dough:
- Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking helps prevent the cookies from spreading too much and ensures a thicker, chewier texture. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect consistency.
Crush Oreos Gently:
- When adding biscuits to your dough, gently crush them to maintain a mix of larger chunks and finer crumbs. This provides a balanced texture and ensures that you get the classic cookies and cream flavour in every bite.
Don’t Overmix:
- After adding the crushed biscuits to the dough, mix just until combined. Overmixing can break down the cookies too much and affect the texture of your cookies.
Bake Until Edges Are Set:
- Bake the cookies until the edges are just set and the centres are still slightly soft. This helps achieve a chewy centre with a slightly crisp edge, which is the ideal texture
